Danori – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Danori. By using Danori, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

User: Any individual or entity who creates a Danori account, including general contractors, construction managers, real estate investors, and their staff.

Subcontractor: A third-party trade professional who receives messages from Danori but does not log into the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Danori.
• You are responsible for all subcontractor and project information you enter.
• You must not use Danori for unlawful or abusive purposes.

3. Subcontractor Communication

Users are responsible for ensuring that subcontractors they message have consented to be contacted. Danori is not responsible for the behavior or performance of subcontractors.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Beta access may be free or discounted.
• Paid plans are billed via Stripe monthly or annually.
• Prices are subject to change with notice.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Misuse of the system
• Non-payment (for paid plans)

Users may cancel anytime through their account or by contacting support.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Danori provides scheduling and communication tools but is not responsible for subcontractor performance, job delays, or project outcomes. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

7. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of Danori after changes implies acceptance.
