Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get started?

Most users are up and running in under 10 minutes because you just create your first project, pick a template, assign your trades, and Danori handles the rest with no complicated setup or training required.

How does this affect my subs?

Honestly, barely at all. When you add a sub to Danori they get a one-time intro message letting them know you're using Danori for scheduling. From there they just get a text before each job starts, they reply Y to confirm, N to decline, or R to request a new date, and that's it. No app to download, no account to create, no new process to learn. It works on any phone, any carrier, anywhere. Your name is on every message so it never feels like spam. For them it just feels like a text from you.

What happens after I sign up and when do I get access?

Once you sign up you'll hear from us directly with next steps, and since we're bringing builders in personally during beta you'll have support from day one.

Is Danori only for GCs?

Danori is built for anyone running jobs without a back office team, whether that's an independent GC, a residential superintendent, a small builder, or a flipper. If you're managing trades and keeping projects on track without a team behind you, Danori was built for your situation.

What makes Danori different from the tools I'm already using?

Most builders we talk to are managing their jobs across a group text, a calendar app, and whatever they can remember on the drive in, and that system works until it doesn't. Danori replaces it with one place where your schedule lives, your subs get confirmed automatically, and the things that need your attention are already there when you open the app. It's not more software to maintain but less work to do.
