Danori – Privacy Policy

Danori ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our service.

1. Definitions

User: Any individual or entity who creates a Danori account, including but not limited to general contractors, construction managers, real estate investors, and their team members.

Subcontractor: A third-party trade professional who receives scheduling or task-related messages via Danori but does not create an account or log into the platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following:

• Account data: Name, email, and company information
• Project data: Job names, tasks, durations, schedules
• Subcontractor data: Names and phone numbers input by Users
• Communication logs: Message history and response status

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Operate the Danori platform
• Schedule and send automated messages to subcontractors
• Support project communication and task tracking
• Improve user experience and support services

4. Subcontractor Communication

Subcontractors do not need to create an account. They only receive SMS messages from Danori on behalf of the User. All messages include clear opt-out instructions.

4a. SMS Consent

Before a Subcontractor receives any text messages from Danori, the User (general contractor) obtains verbal consent from the Subcontractor, either in person or by phone, using a standardized consent script. The Subcontractor is informed that message frequency may vary, that standard message and data rates may apply, and that they may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Danori does not share Subcontractor mobile numbers with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. After consent is given, Danori sends an automatic confirmation text summarizing this agreement.

5. Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share only with service providers:

• Telnyx (SMS)
• Supabase (backend and data storage)
• Stripe (if payment is required)

These partners are under contract to protect your data.

6. Data Security

We follow industry best practices to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, so by using Danori, you accept this risk.

7. Your Rights

You may:

• Request access or deletion of your account
• Contact us regarding any privacy concerns
• Subcontractors may opt out by replying "STOP" to messages
