Danori SMS Consent (Verbal Opt-In)

Danori is used by general contractors to coordinate job schedules with subcontractors using text messages.

When Consent Is Obtained

Consent is obtained directly between the general contractor and subcontractor as part of their existing working relationship, either over the phone or in person, before the subcontractor is added to a project in Danori. The general contractor is provided the consent script below to read to the subcontractor and to receive verbal confirmation that they agree to receive SMS messages related to job scheduling and coordination. This consent process takes place outside the Danori platform. Danori sends an automatic confirmation text once the subcontractor is added.

Script for GC to read to subcontractor:

"Do you consent to receive job scheduling and coordination text messages from Danori on behalf of [GC Name]? Message frequency may vary based on job activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. We will not share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Do you agree, yes or no?"

If the subcontractor says Yes:

"By saying yes, you agree to receive transactional text messages related to job scheduling and coordination from Danori on behalf of [GC Name]. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help."

Confirmation SMS sent automatically after consent:

"You have agreed to receive job scheduling and coordination messages from Danori on behalf of [GC Name]. Msg freq may vary. Std msg and data rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help."

Use Case

Messages sent by Danori are transactional and job-related only. Danori does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Privacy

Danori does not sell or share mobile phone numbers for marketing or promotional purposes.
